ACCOUNT DELETION
Delete your account,
and everything in it.
This page applies to Turbo Striker 60 for Android and iOS, published by VectorLabs Studio. You can delete your account and all the data stored with it from inside the app, or by writing to us — including after you have already uninstalled the game. You do not need an account on this website, and we will not ask you why.
LAST UPDATED 30 JULY 2026
In the app — three taps, takes effect immediately
- Open Settings from the main menu.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice. The second dialog is deliberately blunt — DELETE FOREVER — because there is no undo and no grace period behind it.
Everything below is erased at that moment. The game then returns you to a fresh anonymous identity so you can keep playing from zero, or uninstall.
If you linked a Google or Apple account a long time ago, the sign-in provider may require a recent login before it will let the account be removed. The app will say "Please sign in again, then retry deleting your account." Sign in once more and repeat the three steps — nothing is half-deleted in the meantime.
By email — if you have already uninstalled
Write to vectorlabs.studio.apps@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account. So we can find the right save — and be certain it is yours — send it either:
- from the email address of the Google or Apple account you linked, or
- with your account id — in the game, Settings → Account → ACCOUNT ID. Tap it and the full id is on your clipboard.
If you play as a guest, copy that id before you uninstall. A guest account has no email address on it, so the id is the only thing that points at your save. A striker name is not enough: two players can choose the same one and neither can prove it, and we would rather tell you we cannot identify an account than delete somebody else's.
We delete everything we hold within 30 days, and reply to confirm when it is done. There is no charge, and no form to fill in.
What gets deleted
- Your striker
- The name you typed, the character and difficulty you picked, your lifetime wins, losses and goals.
- Progress
- Level, XP, coins, and every character and look you unlocked.
- Match history
- All stored matches — score, mode, duration, how each one ended.
- Training
- Drill results and the training points you spent.
- Career
- Your campaign position — division, rivals faced, story progress.
- Academy
- Every level you developed on your striker.
- Ghost recordings
- The replays stored on your account — and the ones you published to the shared pool, so no other player can be matched against your name after you leave.
- Your account
- The Firebase account itself, along with the email address and display name a linked Google or Apple account put on it.
Anything the game kept only on your phone — settings, cached saves — goes when you uninstall the app.
What is kept, and for how long
Two things do not disappear with the account, and it is fairer to name them than to bury them:
Rating and leaderboard rows
Your Ranked rating and any season leaderboard entries are written only by our server — the app is not permitted to touch them, which is what stops a modified client from awarding itself a rank. That also means the in-app deletion cannot remove them. They are historical results held under your old random account id. Ask us by email and we will remove them, in the same 30 days.
Analytics and crash reports
Gameplay analytics events and crash reports were never tied to your name or email, and they expire on Firebase's own schedule — analytics after 14 months, crash reports after 90 days. Crash reports carry your account id, so if you want those removed sooner, say so in the same email and we will delete them.
Delete some of it, without deleting the account
You do not have to give up your striker to get rid of one part of your data. Write to the same address and name what you want gone — your account keeps working and you keep playing:
- Published ghost recordings — every replay of yours in the shared pool, so nobody can be matched against your name again. In the game, the Settings switch stops new ones from being published; the email removes the ones already out there.
- Your leaderboard entry and rating — you leave the ladder and start again from placement if you ever come back.
- Your match history — the stored record of matches played, without touching your progress or unlocks.
- Crash reports — removed ahead of their 90-day expiry.
Same 30 days, same confirmation when it is done.
Guest saves expire on their own
If you play as a guest and never come back, we do not keep the save forever. After 30 days without playing, an unlinked guest account and everything it owns are deleted automatically — the account, the documents, and any ghost recordings it published, in one pass. It is the only deletion that can reach a save nobody can identify any more.
Linked accounts are never expired, however long you leave them. Linking is you telling us the save should outlive the phone, and we treat it that way.
What deletion is not
Deleting your account does not cancel anything, because there is nothing to cancel: Turbo Striker 60 has no subscriptions, no purchases, and sells nothing for real money. It also does not delete your Google or Apple account — only the link between it and this game.
